All orders are processed and shipped within 5-10 business days.

• Germany: 4-8 business days 

• Europe: 5–10 business days

• International: 8-12 business days
  

3. Tracking
Once your GlowPod is on its way, you will receive a tracking number via email.

4. Customs & Duties
For international orders, the customer is responsible for any customs fees or import taxes.

5. Damaged Items
